WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA Please allow 1-8 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 9am on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 9am will be shipped the next 1-8 business day. Orders Received on Saturday and Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays. Some Products need More Time 5 to 14 Days for shipped which are handmade Like – Harmonium, Dilruba, Sitar, Tanpura (Not All Only Some)

The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 10 working days.

Domestic customers are responsible for any OCTORI Duty charged by your state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

International Shipping:

If you Buy from Outside India on this site we are unable to ship you, so we will cancel your order and refund will be done according to payment gateway policy.May it will Take Time More than 30 Days

International shipping Mail us we will provide you best shipping charges. Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via Best Courier Service Provider. All transit times are Monday to Saturday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs. 

International dispatch time is approximately 7 to 12 days. 

For some shipments delivered outside the India, the importing country may charge an import duty/VAT/GST on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.

• Cancellation of order within 6 hours without penalty, except the 4% Bank Charges(Domestic /International Both)

After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as “pending” under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 6 Hours of placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email giving your Order Number.If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the Your amount.(Some % Deduct by Payment Gateway) the amount shall be credited within 7 to 15 days.

General Scenario

In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be canceled. Pro Musical has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by SG Musical and accept Pro Musical decision regarding the cancellation
