Warranty Terms & Conditions

At ProMusicals, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every product you purchase from us or our authorized dealers. All products are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty, administered through ProMusicals or authorized service centers across India.


1. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers faulty parts, materials, or manufacturing defects under normal, recommended usage during the warranty period.
It does not cover:

  • Physical or transit damage

  • Vacuum tubes, transformers, or other consumable components

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Power-related issues (such as voltage fluctuations, short circuits, or incorrect power supply)

  • Damage due to misuse, unauthorized modification, or attempted repairs by non-authorized personnel

2. Product Registration

To qualify for warranty service, it is mandatory to register your product within 14 days of purchase at: register.promusicals.com

Unregistered products may not be eligible for warranty service.


3. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

All products must obtain an RMA number from ProMusicals before being sent for service or repair.
Please contact us at support@promusicals.com to request an RMA.
Items received without a valid RMA may be refused or delayed in processing.


4. Warranty Service Process

  • ProMusicals offers a carry-in warranty. Customers are responsible for shipping their defective units to and from our service center, at their own cost.

  • All returns must be securely packaged to avoid further damage in transit.

  • The decision to repair or replace a product (or component) will be made solely by the manufacturer or ProMusicals’ authorized service personnel.

  • Warranty repairs do not extend or restart the original warranty period.


5. Liability and Force Majeure

While we take the utmost care of your equipment during service, ProMusicals shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from:

  • Fire, flood, riots, or other natural calamities

  • Accidents, theft, or any events beyond our control (“Acts of God”)

All repaired or replaced items must be collected within one week of notification of completion. Beyond this period, ProMusicals will not be responsible for storage, deterioration, or any related consequences.


6. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty service will be void if:

  • The serial number is altered, defaced, or removed

  • The product has been modified or serviced by unauthorized personnel

  • The damage is due to improper use, incorrect installation, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s operating instructions
