Like the original, the Bass Master is a portable and versatile bass preamp and DI with built-in cabinet simulator. Unlike the original, the Bass Master now features a separate drive mode, giving you the choice between three different preamp styles including clean, comp and hot. Also in tow is a 4-band eq, a tweeter mix knob, and a porting knob, giving you access to the sound of an open or sealed cab and everything in between.

The Bass Master retains all the player-friendly features of the original, including three switchable cab sizes and two separate FX loops, one that goes through the preamp and another parallel loop that gets the clean signal with a switchable low-pass filter. The EQ has also been revised, adding an additional band for control over a broader range of the frequency spectrum.
